BOOKING RULES

Location:
- I am home-based in Collinsville, IL, 62234.
Deposits/Payments:
- All deposits & payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Your remaining BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH OR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. Card payments can be taken through your confirmation email.
Confirmation/Reminder emails:
- Please check your confirmation email for specific ADDRESS DETAILS. PLEASE, ]['DO NOT MESSAGE DAY OF FOR ADDRESS.
- Reminder emails & texts are sent 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive one, you aren't on the schedule for that following day.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
- YOU CAN RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOURSELF by scrolling to the bottom of your confirmation email & selecting “Change/Cancel Appointment”. This must be done more than 24hrs prior to your appointment time. 24hrs or less you will need to contact me directly.
- Rescheduling 24hours or less will FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT. Cancellations FORFEITS YOUR DEPOSIT. If you PAID IN FULL your payment, excluding deposit, can be credited to your next appointment but not refunded.
- NO CALL NO SHOWS result in a 50% CHARGE of the remaining balance TO THE CARD ON FILE. If this appointment was paid in full, then 50% of the total service charge will be forfeited, the other half is credited.
Late Fees:
- EVERY CLIENT GETS A 10 MIN GRACE PERIOD, after 10 minutes if you’re not in the service chair you will be charged a $15 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER 15 MIN. If you do not communicate by the 15 minute mark, it is considered a NO CALL, NO SHOW.

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS:
- Please make sure YOUR FACE AND LASHES ARE FRESHLY CLEANED AND FREE OF OILY PRODUCTS when getting serviced.
- You can add on lash strips in the “add on” section or bring your own. (When bringing your own lashes, they must be brand new.)
LASH EXTENSIONS:
- Please make sure YOUR FACE AND LASHES ARE FRESHLY CLEANED AND FREE OF OILY PRODUCTS when getting serviced.
- I have started accepting "FOREIGN FILLS" (filling in another lash techs work) , YOU MUST BOOK IT AS A 3 WEEK FILL & WRITE "FOREIGN FILL" TO THE NOTES, otherwise book your full set and "ADD ON A REMOVAL".
- Learn how to TAKE CARE OF YOUR LASHES BY CLICKING LASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE ON THE HOMESCREEN. Information Is available 24/7.
- If you have any MAJOR FALLOUT WITHIN 72 hours of getting a lash service, please CONTACT me IMMEDIATELY. PROVIDE PICTURES OR VIDEOS as well, this helps differentiate any issues that may be causing fallout.
